The Bradenton area REIA, Real Estate Connection Group, meets every Tuesday at the Bradenton Yacht club in Palmetto, FL. We are kicking off a multi-family topic day the last Tuesday of every month to focus specifically on Multi-family topics. We invite anyone and everyone that is interested in multi-family property investing within the Manatee and Sarasota county areas to attend to include those with both on and off market properties and commercial lenders looking to fund some of the deals we have out there.
Lunch is $11 and a buffet style with good food. Please come out and help us grow this event and topic into a great opportunity to both learn about investing in multi-family properties and provide a platform from which to buy and sell available multi-family properties to other investors. We would like to have people with duplexes, triplexes, quads and small apartment buildings that are looking to sell or buy attend.
This is a great opportunity to expand your existing network and find some good deals to add to your investment portfolio.
