This month we are welcoming guest, Lance Wakefield to MIFG. Lance has been crushing real estate at a national level through house hacking, flipping and wholesaling. He has been featured on Bigger Pockets episode #236 and has created a thriving coaching program call the Win-Win Method to help others achieve the same success.
Lance has also started a new venture, Brightwood Home Buyers, to give the Twin Cities a better option in wholesaling. We will be discussing Lance's story, out-of-state investing and implementing processes that will help scale your investing to a whole new level.
