Thank you Mike and Tyler for having me.. will have to bone up on my use of the pointer.. However what was slated as a 30 minute talk went on for 1.5 hours with a lot of great questions on the different models that I presented 

And I felt we planted some seeds with folks on things they have not thought to do or invest in..  Nice way to balance a portfolio with your rentals..
