Hey Guys,
You may remember me, I moved down to NC from Middletown DE a few years back. Long story short I stayed in the car business a little longer than I wanted but, I have finally quit my day job. I am part of a team that manages 80 units in Hickory, and under contract on two separate properties totaling 100 units. The next part of our journey we believe is fix and flip opportunities. We want to pair it with homeownership workshop for our tenants. I am also a licensed real estate agent so more business for me.
