Wow, it's been 6 months already?! I've been busy:
Bought, rehabbed, and am marketing a big house on 51 acres
Sold a spec build in Austin
Bought (or under contract) 4 more Austin properties for spec builds
Sold 3 rentals in the Dallas area
Bought and rehabbed a Dallas rental
Turned over and released 3 rentals
Refinanced office building. 2.99%!
Put a new build vacation property into service.
Ready for the next summit!
