MAREIA announces new discussion group for passive income investing.
Most people are unaware that there are many ways to make money in real estate without actually owning any property.
Wholesalers and rehabbers as well as landlords can all learn to use their knowledge of the real estate market to get double-digit returns without dealing with real estate agents, tenants or contractors.
And those who don’t have direct real estate experience need the education to know how houses, apartment buildings, and other types or property can safely be turned into “mailbox money.”
MAREIA’s new discussion group will meet from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm on the 3rd Tuesday each month to talk about the ways to generate passive income now and for retirement.
The first meeting will take place on November 19 for the purpose of deciding what topics and guest speakers are of interest to the group. The next meeting will be January 15, 2020.
