Happy Holidays Investors!After a brief hiatus we will be holding an REI group meetup next month January 9th from 6:30 - 8:00 pm at Twin Beans Coffee Co. located at 144 Main Ave S, Twin Falls.
This will be a networking event to touch base with everyone and introduce anyone that is new to the group. If you've never been to one of our local meet ups it's a great opportunity to meet people in the business and share off market deals, ideas, etc.

I'm also looking forward to it even though it is a small group of people. I wanted to take this moment the kind of cheat a little bit to share and hopefully reach everyone as I'm not sure who all listens to the podcasts for the real estate side of things but episode 290 and episode 307 are absolutely wonderful! do you have a chance to check them out it's definitely worth your time despite episode 290 is 2 hours long! Happy listening
