Mistakes:
1) Not thinking in terms of solving problems and thinking too small with solving the problem.
2) What is thing that separates you? What is your brand?
3) Price over Process and process matters more than anything else.
4) Ignoring the follow-up
Trends:
1) Video...Video.....Video.....
2) Texting and Email Marketing- the first one to the conversation wins
3) Focus on price above all else.
