Join us for our February 2020 meetup! We’re headed back to Tappo / ThinMan Brewery located at 166 Chandler St in Buffalo for drinks and food. Please click the "attend" button as soon as you can commit. We'd like to get a headcount to let the owner know how many people to expect. We have had an amazing turnout and a great networking experience for the past few months.

For those of you who are thinking about joining us for the first time, everyone is welcome! This is a no-pitch type meet-up, so no pressure, no formal talks, just a quick intro and then we dive into deeper conversations on a personal level. We're here to meet other like-minded people to help those who are interested in investing in Buffalo. You will find information on everything real estate related such as: Wholesaling, Property Management, Construction, Attorneys, CPA's, How to find deals, Financing, Partnerships, etc.

Come hungry and thirsty, hang out with us, get to know us, ask questions, learn and share your information so that everyone can grow our investing career together.

We will gather and network from 6-6:30 pm and then spend 15 minutes doing a group conversation where each person will take about 30-60 seconds to quickly introduce themselves.

This is the first month that we will have a rapid-fire discussion about the Real Estate Auction process. Our guest will take about 15-20 minutes to tell you everything you need to know about purchasing a property from auction. He has over 15 years of experience in this industry working directly with lenders and helping to coordinate foreclosures at local governments.
