With trust in the stock market at an all-time low, especially recently with the extreme instability we have been seeing. This leaves many people uneasy and uncertain about their investments in the stock market. Well, where else can people invest their money where there is safety and confidence in good, stable returns? Multi-Family investing is seen as potentially a very safe and very lucrative investment. If done correctly this form of investing can return well over 10% returns.

This event is headlined by the very successful Todd Dexheimer. Todd is the CEO of Venture D Properties, LLC he started investing in Real Estate in 2008 in mainly single-family homes & small multi-family. He will shed some light on how and why Multi-Family investing is seen as such a stable asset class to invest in. Currently, Todd owns approximately $35 million in real estate comprising of 550 units and 25,000 sqft of office and retail located in 5 states (Minnesota, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee). His focus is on syndicating value-add multi-family in emerging markets.
