Eric Upchurch is a former Special Operations Aviation Crewmember who has a passion for educating the military community on creating long term wealth through real estate investing. As COO/Co-Founder of Active Duty Passive Income, Eric serves as a liaison for connecting new military investors to healthy, passive real estate investments.
Eric has been involved in Self-Directed IRA investing, private lending, first trust deeds, tax liens, mobile home parks, syndication, live-in flips, fix and flip, multifamily and turnkey buy-and-hold properties and is now invested in over 1,000 units both on the Limited Partner side and the General Partner side of the business.
Eric’s life purpose is to educate, empower and to help people grow. He is excited at each opportunity to help investors along their journey towards financial freedom.
