We are now in a world where volatility is a constant: Who knew we’d be living a science fiction movie plus nationwide riots at the same time? Survival of your business can depend on your level of preparedness for a disaster. Whether you are dealing with a Flood, Fire, Pandemic, Riot, or Death, you should always know what to do next.
This month we are bringing in a panel of speakers to give multiple perspectives on all disasters that may arise. We will have investors, lawyers and insurance adjusters, to cover not only preventive steps on disasters, but also how to proceed if they occur. Be sure to bring all questions and potential what if’s, to insure you are covered when disasters strike.

- Due to the nature of the meeting, we will be skipping the normal introductions of the programming.
- The Meeting will start at 6:00pm for general announcements, introduction of topics and speakers, etc.
- All participants will be on mute. If you have a question for our speakers, please use the chat to ask the Host/Admin. You can also post in the general chat, and we will try to answer all questions.
- After the speakers we will have a Deal segment for buying and selling: Same rules apply, no MLS listings, wholesale and income producing properties, you must be the principal or have exclusive control of the deal.
