This month, we'll be joined by David Guevara with Momenta Capital Group Inc. David is a Partner with Momenta where he specializes in commercial financing. For this meetup, David will help us analyze some actual deals using our pro forma.
Agenda:
The first 15 minutes we will get to know everyone by going around and doing brief intros.
David will then tell us about what he does and we can ask him some questions about commercial financing for multifamily properties.
For the last 15-20 minutes, we'll practice analyzing deals with David.
