Folks, I am thrilled to have Amir Atashi Rang, Esq. present at our upcoming event on September 14th at Noon.
Most of us live in cities and states that are highly taxed. Amir is an “Asset Protection” attorney and his presentation reviews Propositions 13/58, focusing on discussing property assessment, how the use of entities affects the reassessment of California real estate and other issues related California property taxes. If you own real estate and / or are thinking of acquiring real estate, then property taxes play a major role and it is very important for you to understand the significance of Prop 13/15.
About Amir Atashi Rang, Esq.
Amir Atashi Rang is the principal of The Atashi Rang Ewing-Rice Law Firm, P.C. in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Atashi Rang has served as an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University LL.M. (Taxation) program and member of the Executive Committee of the Taxation Section of the State Bar of California.
Amir received his Bachelor of Science degree from Santa Clara University in Political Science and French, magna cum laude. Amir is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Sigma Iota, and Pi Sigma Alpha. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He also holds an LL.M. in Taxation Law from Golden Gate University School of Law.
Amir is admitted to practice law in California. He is a long-time Bay Area resident. Amir speaks French and Farsi and loves to play tennis.
