This will be a great presentation and interview where I’ll be talking to Steve Olson of on how he built one of the largest and most successful brokerages focused on new construction focused on “fourplexes”. You will get to hear about the intricacies involved in deal structuring and team building as it pertains to new construction and building a brokerage.
