Hello everybody,
I've been looking for a San Antonio real estate mastermind for the last few weeks. After quite a few conversations it seems like we don't have one! So myself and a friend of mine are setting one up.
PLEASE NOTE: There will not be any pitching of products or services by myself or anyone in attendance at this group. If you make a genuine connection with someone who can provide something of value to you, that's great! But this is not a sales pitch meeting.
For the place we have chosen to meet, we have comfortable seating for a group of about 10.
The goal for this group is for us to be able to bounce valuable ideas off of each other relating to San Antonio investing, hold each other accountable for goals, and generally motivate each other to achieve more this year than we have in the past.
This is NOT for those who are brand new or just looking to get into real estate investing. We want people who are "movers and shakers" so to speak, making things happen in our community. If you don't have a ton of experience but you are a serious action-taker, that may work too!
A little bit of background on me, I started my real estate career in December of 2019 working for a large wholesale company. Since then, I have personally closed out a total of 52 wholesale transactions. I am currently nearing the finish line on my first fix-&-flip property, and under contract to buy #2, which I might end up BRRRR'ing.
