REHAB TOUR
Every so often, we feature a local investor's renovation. For each property we tour, we will be showing a "before/during" tour and a "completed/follow up" tour. This is a no-pitch event where the focus is on learning more and brainstorming about rehabs. Bring a notepad, take pictures, and ask any questions you have directly to the investor in charge of the renovation.
We will all meet at the location below (it will be close to the property.) At the location, everyone will be given the property address and we will leave from there. The property address WILL NOT be given out publicly.
This tour will feature a new build property. There was a previously a house on the lot which the investor decided to tear down. Now, there is a 2 story home actively being built from the ground up. This project is in the middle phase and there is lots to see and analyze! Come out and enjoy a fun opprtonuty to learn more about new build properties first hand!

Tag along after and continue to network and learn more after the tour. After each tour, we meet back at the meeting location for lunch and more scheming on real estate!

At every meeting, we have a highly qualified speaker presenting on a different topic. Our speakers never hold back and do not finish with a pitch for another overhyped seminar/coaching program. Everyone of all investment experience is invited... always genuinely free!
Although the meeting is free to attend, we ask that you please support our community and donate to the charity of the month.
After the meeting, many of us head out to dinner for late night networking at Kona Grill. If you want to continue scheming on real estate more or just have the munchies, tag along!
