Everyone, and we mean literally everyone, is talking about a potential foreclosure crisis in the market. Will it happen? Your guess is as good as ours and the data varies. BUT. The best time to get educated on the topic is now.
For the May meeting, we will be discussing a break down of the general foreclosure process in Louisiana. Starting in 2015, Courtney Fricke has bought multiple properties in various parts of the foreclosure process with her first ever purchase being a short sale. She will dive into explaining the whole process from when a borrower is behind on their mortgage to the process leading up to the foreclosure auction and what happens if the bank takes ownership.
This is a class that she has given at multiple brokerages in the region based on her experience as an active investor and with input from local attorneys and other legal professionals. Come ready to network, find or share deals, and take notes for yourself and for your clients.
