Casey has dedicated his career to the science of adding value to apartment buildings via creative remodels. In addition to being a General Contractor, Casey is also an experienced multifamily investor in the greater Seattle market. His diverse skill set has led him to develop a very logical and effective ROI driven remodel approach for generating maximum returns on both his purchases & for his clients. Casey can quickly identify, analyze, and capitalize on value-add remodel opportunities that others simply cannot.
Professional Experience:
Over the past 15 years Casey & his company, Plus One Construction, has acted as the General Contractor on 33+ major apartment building remodel projects, comprised of over 450 units, with a cumulative remodel budget of over $23 million dollars.
Additionally, Casey is an experienced multifamily Investor himself. Within the most recent 3 years, he has acted as the Lead Organizer on 3 apartment building syndications (58 units total). Prior to that, he acted as a limited partner as well as the “in-house” General Contractor for a local multifamily Investment group in Seattle, WA. Within this role, he helped acquire and remodel a portfolio valued today at approximately $90 Million dollars. Casey also holds a WA state real estate brokers license and once upon a time was a residential mortgage broker.
