Randy is the founder of InvestArk Properties, LLC and has been investing in real estate since his first primary residence purchase of a duplex. Previously, he was a private money lender in the remodeling of single family homes in Florida, Ohio and Texas with a combined market value in excess of $2.5M. His recent focus has been exclusively in multi-family properties. He is a general partner in 250 units and passively invested in over 2,500 doors.
Randy has 25+ years of various corporate leadership experiences in multiple industries, primarily in the risk and governance areas. He currently serves as the Chief Compliance and Audit Officer for a large academic institution in Houston, TX. He holds an MBA in Finance and is a CPA.
He has been featured on several podcasts and is part of a real estate mastermind.
