It's that time again! Come one, come all. Bring friends and lets enjoy some refreshments and the outside air.
We will be set up outside at one of the many picnic benches ready to talk real estate. We will do some introductions in the beginning and allow time for people to get comfortable and then dive into this month's topic - "Are there deals to be found?" As a group we will walk through the steps of finding and evaluating properties to meet you real estate goals. We will jump online and pick real time properties to evaluate and see what we can find and uncover in todays market.
There is no real formula for this process, but there are some key factors, information, and terms you should be familiar with to quickly evaluate a property and see if its even worth your time for a deeper dive. Bring your investigative hats and help us with the things you have learned and the techniques that have helped you in past deals.
