Short Term Rental Upstate NY

Hello, 

I have been investing in traditional long term rentals out of state for about 2 years now and am looking to purchase my first short term rental property. I am currently looking in upstate NY, more precisely, Greene County NY. 

Does anyone have experience in this market or can recommend a local agent that specializes in short term rental properties?
