LLC for rental properties in different states
Hello BP fam and Happy New Years! I have a quick question in regards to LLC's and was hoping to gain some insight. For those of you that own rentals in multiple states, do you set up an LLC for the properties owned in each state? Or do you keep it all under the same LLC? I am in the process of acquiring properties in a different state and was wondering if I should create a different LLC for each different state that the property is located in. Thanks everyone!!
