Hello BP! I am an investor from CT and recently looking into AirBnB rentals.  would love to chat with someone who is actively investing in short term rentals.  I am looking at the Tennessee area specifically Gatlingburg.  Also, I would like to speak to some real estate agents in the area that work with short term rentals.  Thanks!
