Hi BiggerPockets Family!

I just closed on my first STR in Panama City Beach at Regency Towers!
I’m curious if anyone on this platform has a STR in PCB?

Do you self manage and have your own website? Use Airbnb strictly?

I’m curious to know what strategies you have and appreciate you all! 

P.s total newbie on STR but own multi family properties here in my hometown. Please excuse my ignorance lol.

I self managed a property a little north of PCB in Santa Rosa beach and it does really well. We just listed on Airbnb however PCB might be different. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
