Is Broken Bow still a good investment for STR

I am thinking about purchasing a cabin in Broken Bow, OK and I am wondering if a 1 or 2 bedroom for STR is still a good investment considering cabins there have seen an appreciation of about 30%+ in the last year. I know everything is expensive but as an investment property, does it still make sense to invest in Broken Bow?
