Expenses for Florida STR

Hi all, really trying to get accurate numbers while researching the Florida Disney area. 
 I have been in touch with a realtor, and still researching. 

When I look at air bnb at the potential areas I’m going to invest in, and the nightly average, compared to how many booking days over 4 months- seem to break even/substantially profit. That being said I don’t see a lot of May/June bookings? Is it too far out? Rainy season? 

So here is a rough list of estimates I put together, just want experienced investors in the area to share if I am missing or off on fees. 

4bd house, with pool, 20% down. Property tax - around $ 3200.00 annual

Monthly expenses:

monthly mortgage - $1888.00

Property tax -$266.00

HOA fee- varies

Electrical - $500- depending on usage and bookings

Insurance $100.00

Landscape- $100.00 

Cleaning services per clean ??? ($180)

Tv/internet - $100.00

Does air bnb charge? Or any other platforms?
