Selecting a Property Manager

Michael Southall
Posted

Hey BP!

I'm wondering how you choose your property managers for STR's out of state? I have a few LTR's that I manage myself but I'm looking to expand. Do you use Google searches and go by the reviews or meet with a few different in person? My business partner and I are looking in the for something in the Southeast.

Thanks!

Michael

I'm not an ocean away but I am 4 hrs away. I have been to my property once in the past 4 months. A good cleaner is your piece of mind. If you find a good cleaner they will give you all the feedback you need as often as you need it and you should tip that person very well.
