Short Term Rental Washington State
I'm looking to get started in short term rentals and want to start where I live in western Washington. Primarily looking for a cabin in the cascades. Was hoping to see if anyone had recommendations on a real estate agent in the area who specializes in or has lots of experience in short term rentals in this neck of the woods. Any thoughts and insights into STRs in WA state is welcome as well. Thanks!
