financial advice about third property
Hey guys!
I already have 2 house , one of them is a multi-family house. Both of them are finance through VA 100%. I'm thinking about buying a beach apartment to do short rental here in PR. Since it's going to be my first conventional loan I did my first pre qualification as a second home 90% finance with 4% APR. Is there any advice about the loan options and market status with the actual inflation. Thank you in advance.
