Do you provide a EV charge point at your property.. Specifically a Tesla charger. ??
EV owners have range anxiety when going to more remote type locations.
Tesla owners as a demographic would be a good option for a tenant..
I am thinking you could cater to Tesla owners / and other EVs
I know as a Tesla owner myself its an important component when I am on a road trip IE pick a hotel with a Tesla charger.
