AirDNA Accuracy Question

For those who are using AirDNA to analyze STR performance, have you found the predications to be accurate? After bouncing numbers off of RE agents who work in the markets that I've been watching, the RE agents seem to believe the numbers are on the (very) high side. To be clear, I'm using the free portions of AirDNA and the Rentalizer feature. Thanks in advance.

I agree - I use the paid version as well. When making an investment that costs tens of thousands of dollars upfront, I tend to think that spending a few hundred dollars to make the best decision is wise.
