Do you cook for your STR tenants?

Had 4 scaffold builders rent a place for a short 2 week job.  Then they said the 2 week job has turned into a 2 month job.  I talked to their superintendant and he confirmed the 2 months.  The super also said he's bringing in 4 more scaffold builders and will work a day shift and night shift.  The 4 new ones will need a place to stay.

So I'm smoking 2 racks of baby back ribs to give to the current 4 tenants.  They don't have time to cook/smoke when they work 12 hour shifts.  It's my hope that they suggest to the 4 new workers for them to rent a place from me.  Good idea or not?
