Hi All/BP-

I'm under contract on a home in Gatlinburg that I'm looking to do a decent amount of reno work to. Mostly interior cosmetic (floors, baths, kitchen) along with an exterior deck.

Does anyone have any recommended GCs (or subs) that they've worked with out there?

Also- thanks to all that help on these posts. This is my second STR purchase (after the first in Palm Springs), and this forum has made everything a lot easier..

Look for a great handyman. We found an amazing one who redid our house and it was actually reasonable! And his work is fabulous! We are also in Gatlinburg.
