Futurestay, Hospitable, etc. Whats better?

Hi there,

I'm currently using Hospitable for my channel management, automated messages, calendar sync, etc.  I'm considering switching to Futurestay because it has (i think) more robust features for direct booking and credit cards, etc.  There are a lot of choices for these channel managers right now.  Does anyone have experience with these?  Do you know what is the best one if you were going to choose one in 2022?  Thanks so much in advance.

Whats interesting is that there are SO many short term/vacation home owners, yet so few independent reviews and information online comparing these services.  Somebody needs to make a youtube channel just comparing all the new STR products and services and make that youtube money!  Pretty much all I can find are what are obviously paid/sponsored endorsements.

-how fast do your VRBO messages come in? Is it instant? Is it within 60 seconds? (I currently use iGMS and the delay is sometimes 40+ mins!)

-do they have the ability to automatically send a specific message to an Instant Booking (that's different from your guests who sends you a request to book)?

-do they have the ability to automatically send a specific message to a Request To Book guest?

@Chris Barczewski you'd really have to use each of them for a prolonged time to get a real gauge.

I use Hospitable and it's pretty good. Definitely have some issues with VRBO synchronization and prices not being changed tonthe proper amount.

From my research Guesty seems to be the best out there but for me the cost to use Guesty with 25 properties would be crazy. Hospitable it so much cheaper so that's probably what I will keep.

I've had good experience using Guesty for Hosts, formerly the YourPorter App. Very good for calendar syncing, automating messaging, and informing and managing my cleaners.  They also offer a free direct booking website (using their domain) or you can use your own domain for a small fee.  It can be setup in minutes using data from Airbnb.  Uses Stripe to process credit cards.    The monthly cost is low ($20/mo) and gets lower with more properties.  It integrates directly with Pricelabs and Wheelhouse for dynamic pricing.  It can also set smart lock codes for guest for a small fee.  Hope this helps.
