Atlanta STR (short term rental) regulation
Hello Everyone,
Has anyone applied for or does anyone have experience applying for the new Atlanta STR license? When they were discussing it last year they only mentioned that a license would be needed to operate STR in Atlanta. Now looking over the regulations while trying to submit an application it appears it has to be your primary residence? I have submitted an inquiry with the city but have not heard back yet. The regulations are supposed to go into effect March 1st.
