I'm and 18 year old with a passion for real estate and I'm looking to become a co-host for airbnb to learn the business. does anyone have any advice on what I should do to find Airbnb hosts and how to do my job effectively as a co-host? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Alejandor,

Great Question !

Being a Co-Host means you are in the hospitality business. The same way you expect quality customer service from a hotel, guest expect the same from your airbnb. To do your job effectively you must provide great customer service and be attentive to detail.

My suggestion is to get an air bnb profile and look at airbnbs in your market with poor reviews and see if there is a way you would be able to provide value to the owner if his ratings and reviews are not so great ( be a great problem solver )

I will be writing a forum post soon on my experience as a Co Host .

Hope This Helps .

Best,

Kev
