I'm closing on my first STR in pigeon forge, TN (Smoky Mountain's) area next week.

What type of permits, and licenses will I need?

Does anyone have a checklist of items to prepare before making the listing live?

I'm purchasing this on my personal name with a 10% down vacation home loan
