short term rental in Kissimmee
Hello! I am thinking of purchasing a 3-4 bedroom in Kissimmee. Does anybody own in that area who wouldn't mind discussing their experience? Also looking to discuss the gross income over the past 1-2 years so I can make sure the purchase price would still cash flow. Thank you!

REALLY need to study the data from the last 3 years because 2020, and 2021 were both anomalous for different reasons. Feel free to text or call at the number on my signature if u want to discuss Davenport, Kissimmee or clermont. Heck even parts of Orlando can STR.
