Lake Arrowhead require permit for short term rental ?

Im looking to buy a property for a STR in lake arrowhead ,CA area. I wonder if there's a special permit/restriction in the area ?

I'm not sure off of the top of my head if a permit would transfer with the purchase of an existing STR, but that might be detailed in their website somehwere.
