Furnishing a STR Property

When in the process of furnishing a STR, is there a specific list of items that you should purchase to make sure that your STR is fully furnished? If so, what items should be on that list? And is there a way to estimate how much it would cost to fully furnish a STR? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

3 bed house 30k 4 bed house 40k etc (for the whole house). My markets they all come furnished because they were STRs previously so the seller never wants the furniture. Otherwise I'd really just furnish it like you would want the house you live in. Or the house you go on vacation too. No need to over think. Just let it rip.
