Branson, MO and surrounding area
Hi everyone, looking to get my first STR out of state. Was looking around the Branson area and neighboring towns. I have read that there are strict regulations in place in some areas. Looking for an area that allows for self management. Anyone have info on good places to look that allow for this? TIA

You can use Beacon Schneider website https://beacon.schneidercorp.c... to look up the zoning for Taney County. If it is zoned as C1 or NR1 then yes you can use it as a nightly rental. Please feel free to reach out to me. We are property managers in the Branson area (Not real estate agents fyi).
