Advice on first STR
Hello everybody. I am fixing to finally dive into the STR market by turning one of my previous long term rentals into a STR. I have been following people who do this full time and I have a good understanding of what I need p, however, I can't help but to think I might be missing something. Does anybody have a check list they would be willing to share as far as things that are a must for STRs? I'm thinking furnishings and things like kitchenware and such. Thank you in advance.
