Airbnb Cancellation Policy

I’m a new Airbnb host, off to a really good start. I I’ve had 2 cancellations so far. I currently it set for a full refund up to 24 hours before check-in.

What have you guys found to be the best cancellation policy? And why?

I to strict cancellation policy - otherwise my calendar is booked and people end of canceling.  I'd rather have them NOT book if they are going to cancel.
