I currently own a long term rental 3/2 in Lubbock, TX that I am considering converting to an AirBnB. It’s in a very convenient and central location and is about 1800 sq ft with a garage. Anybody currently involved in the AirBnB market in Lubbock that can comment to the current market conditions?
