AirBNB Corporate Leasing in Arizona

Carolyn Na
Posted

Hi,

We are trying to tap into this industry. We looked around Arizona and found a few apartments complexes about 4 months ago that allowed Corporate Leasing. We followed the steps of what they needed and aligned our accounts up for it. Fast forward to today, we called the same complexes but now they have changed over to new management 2 weeks ago and now they do not allow this type of leasing.

Does anyone know why this is not allowed anymore and how do I get around this type of blockage if any. Is there another way to go about this.

We thought starting here first because we don't have the capital to purchase properties right now but another road block.

Thanks to all that responds.
