Hey BP family,

How are your Cleveland area STRs performing? Where is it, how long have you had it and what trends have you noticed?

Big expensive houses in nice neighborhoods is the key. Can't do them well with multifamily or in the hood. All of the big expensive STR's we have in our portfolio are doing really well. Occupancy is actually a lot higher than what you'd expect. Well at least it's higher than what I anticipated when we added STR's to our portfolio.
