New Orleans Airbnb application process

Hi everyone. I'm planning to list one half of my owner/occupied duplex on Airbnb and have a few questions regarding the application process. I've read through the STR handbook and it says the property needs "$1,000,000 commercial general liability insurance coverage policy. "

Do I need an individual policy, or is Aircover through Airbnb acceptable for the application?

Also, how did you all go about structuring your "nuisance prevention plan" and "neighborhood response plan"? Any advice is appreciated.

I’ve never considered aircover to be real insurance and I tell all of our clients the same. You’re promised nothing contractually. They’re never going to provide proof of coverage. You’re gonna need your own policy.
