HILTON HEAD FEE BASED PROPERTY MANAGER RECOMMENDATIONS
Hello All:
We just purchased a unit on Hilton Head Island. I prefer a fee based PM. I do all my own bookings and dealing with guests but need someone who can check on the unit and attend to repairs when need be. For my other units I pay a monthly fee of $125 for the PM to be "on call" and then pay per visit to the unit. Usually they also set up/perform housekeeping but if I had a line on a great housekeeper, I do not mind making those arrangements myself separately. Does anyone on here have a unit in HH that can lead me in the right direction? Thanks for any help you can provide!
