Looking For CPA Who Specializes in STR
I'm considering purchasing my first STR and am looking for a CPA who specializes in STRs. Would prefer someone in the Pittsburgh area but am open to all suggestions. Thanks!

Doesn’t need to be local and also doesn’t really exist just yet. There are a few folks that have decided to specialize like Ryan Bakke and there’s the usual suspects like Brandon hall but he’s going to want to see high net worth. I’d go with whoever you can find that knows a few things about real estate! Also depends on your situation. Are you trying to cost seg for 2 mil or are you doing 10 grand worth of expenses. Etc.
